Welcome to Essence, the home of Dry Skin Indulgence. What began as a hobby with my daughter has turned into a business. The making of soap is something I love to do. I have done extensive research and put a lot of thought into it. You can only give so much away to friends and family, and soon people were wanting to buy soap and so it turned into a business.
Being a nurse with dry hands and having a daughter with cracked heels I started out by working on a cream that would be healing and not greasy. After many tries I came up with a cream that was helping my dry chapped hands and my daughter’s heels were looking so much better.
After retiring I have spent a lot of time developing and making my products. I grow and infuse many of the herbs I use in my products, for the healing benefits. I started selling my products at the farmers market and have developed a following.
