Be sure that your hands are clean when using products to reduce the chances of dirt and germs being introduced into the product. Always replace lids and store products in a cool place.
Order Information:
Orders are taken via PayPal's Shopping Cart only. Orders are accepted from US
residents only. Sales Tax of 5% will be added to all orders from those living in
Idaho.
Shipping Procedures:
All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. We only ship to
US addresses. You will be charged a flat rate for shipping. You will see the shipping charge included during check
out.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no-refund, no-return policy. We
cannot resell a product once it has been shipped to you. Please take care in
ordering to be sure you will receive what you want.
Damage Claims:
The contents of your package are always carefully packed to help insure safe
delivery of your order. Inspect all packages at time of acceptance. Please
contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if something has been
damaged or lost during shipment.
You must save all packing materials and the original shipping box. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Damages and losses must be addressed to the carrier and cannot be done unless you save all packaging material, contents and the box the order came in.
